( maybe that's just because that look in particular, like he just missed the high window of her expectations, rubbed up wrong against his own demons. he usually earned it, when Nancy was pissed at him. just barely being not quite good enough; that he couldn't help. )
If every time he hops in a locker he can hop out with new clothes, at least all of us would have more than three pairs of pants in rotation.
